Suggest Treatment For Fever And Discoloration/swelling In Cheek Of A Child

My almost 6 year old daughter had a very high fever yesterday its highest point was 104.6 she was in the ER twice, they gave her antibiotics and she seemed fine. This morning when she awoke her left cheek is swollen inside and out there s also a dark circle discoloration on the outside right in the middle of the swollen cheek...What should I do for her

This will need drainage , take her to ER.
Continue antibiotics meanwhile.
