Suggest Treatment For Fever And Headache
My daughter is 11 years old with a temp of 102.5, bp 111/60 and Pulse 106. She has had a fever for 4 days and a bad headache on the front part of her forward. Her lungs are clear and she is sleepy and has lost her appetite. Does she need to be seen.

The symptoms are suggestive of severe infection. It is possible that the infection have involved brain. I would strongly suggest to take her to tertiary hospital soon, an admission appears to be required.
