Suggest Treatment For Fever And Pus Cells In Urine Test

sir namesty date on 15july come fever and urine examation pus cells(15-20) or epith cells(3-5) persent this deses 10 years old suggust to me

Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read the urine test that you have written and i will try to explain at you what to do.

If i understood correctly, the person that did this urine test is 10 years old?
This urine test shows an urinary tract infection and it need to be treated with antibiotics.

If i was your doctor, i would suggest you take your child at your physician because for the children the type and the dose of the antibiotics are different compared to those of an adult.A lot of antibiotics that can be used in the adults,can seriously harm you child.

You can help the urinary tract of your child to get rid of the infection with these advice:
-give him/her plenty of liquids
-chamomile tea,1 cup each day
-fresh fruit juice
-tell him/her to not hold the urine for long

And don't forget to go at your family doctor/physician to take the prescription with the antibiotics.
