Suggest Treatment For Fever And Sore Throat

My 5 year old daughter started having a fever july 4th. She presents with yellow looking fever blisters on her gums, very painful, a red small spot under her tongue, the roof of her mouth looks scraped yellowish and red, whole inside of mouth swollen, yellowish spots, swollen and severely sore throat, difficulty swallowing. Her gums look bruised bluish, she now has an earache and swollen lymph nodes, a fever that comes and goes, and has a bad cough. Whats going on????

Read your query as your daughter had fever , sore throat now she is having blisteron gums this can be sysymptoms of herpers gingivostomatitis viral infection.
Dont be worried so much I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for examination of oral cavity and give her soft diet , Electrol . You can give her medicine like Acivir and ointment acivir for local application on gums by consulting with local doctor .
