Suggest Treatment For Fever And Strained Voice

I am 27 years old. I had a fever for two days, on the 3rd day I got a cough and a strained voice and that cough and strained voice have continued now for a week and a day. I coughed up a little bit of flem today. The night I got sick I started off freezing and then getting very hot. I have been in China and had to travel to Loas on the 3rd day of my sickness and was back again on the fifth day.

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms,you are suffering from inflammation in the respiratory tract.
You may find relief by taking following medicines:
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Oral Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and Nasal Decongestant like Oxymetazoline(if not suffering from Hypertension),
Bronchodilator like Salbutamol,
Cough expectorant like Ambroxol.
If you suffer from Fever or pus coming in throat,suggestive of a bacterial infection,then start with oral Antibiotics like Azithromycin(as in Z pak).

Avoid cold,spicy ,oily food.Take voice rest,Do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid dust.
