Suggest Treatment For Fever And Swelling In Feet

Hi

I am Rashmi from Hyderabad

My grandmother is suffering from Mild fever since a few days...She stays in Cuttack...She also has swelling on her feet...She went to see a doc and the doctor has prescribed some medicines without any tests. But still she has fever.Can u please suggest something?

Mild fever can be treated with paracetamol. swelling in the feet depends upon the age of the person. you have not mentioned your grandma's age. does she have history of diabetes/hypertension/Anaemia?? Does she have any history of past suregeries??. Please give a detailed description of past medical histories to help you further. I suggest you to meet a geriatric specialist/internal medicine specialist to aid you further.
