Suggest Treatment For Fever And Vomiting In A Child While Administering Ibuprofen And Paracetamol

HI, My daughter is 3 years old . She has fever since yesterday and was given ibuprofen and Paracetamol suppositories to help lower her fever . Her fever is reduced but tonight she vomitted twice mostly liquid. Is it a matter of concern and what i should do .
