HI MY DAUGHTER IS 1YR AND 111 MONTHS OLD....SHE WAS HAVING COUGH AND COLD FROM PAST 1 WEEK. SHE IS TAKIN REMEDIES FOR THT BUT TODAY SHE VOMITED ONCE AND NOW IS HAVING FEVER 37.8 DEGREE. SHOULD I TAKE HER TO EMERGENCY OR SHD I WAIT TILL MORNING?WHAT SHD I DO?I´M REALLY WORRIED?

If there is no fast breathing/breathing difficulty, you can wait for tomorrow. Till then, give acetaminophen to control fever. Give enough fluids and a soft diet.
