Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from
-Acute bronchitis with rhinitis.
-Acute pharyngitis with bronchitis.
-Pneumonia.
-Tonsillitis.
-Viral fever with lower respiratory tract infection.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid cool drinks and frozen water. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your ENT specialist. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
