Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cough And Congested Lungs

I am suffering from lung infection in both sides of lung. I am having cough congestion in lungs, bubble gum is not coming out and it has got stuck in lungs. I am having continuous fever around 99/100 degree F and feeling severing. doctor has suggested to take CLAVAM 625 TWICE. CONDITION IS NOT IMPROVING SINCE LAST 10 DAYS. PLS SUGGEST.
