Hi
welcome to HCM
Looking at your history it seems that local inflammation might have developed due to hard stool and straining
If i were your treating doctor i would have advised you a course of antibiotics with probiotics
Please have plenty of oral fluids including ORS and dietary fibers

avoid spicy and junk food
you can use anaesthetic ointment for pain at perianal region
Tou can take Sitz bath or hot water bath

Hope this helps you
thanks for your question
wish you good health
