Suggest Treatment For Fever In 4 Year Child

my 4 year old son is having fever around 101 since morning. i gave him Crosin-DS twice. Fever came down slightly but around 4 PM he was having high fever 106 . i gave him Meftal-P suspension. fever came down to 100 but after 3 hours at 7 PM, it again went to 103. what medicine to give?

Hi,
Initially to control fever give him Crocin or Meftal-p any one.
You can continue to give 6-8 hourly to control fever.
Give him enough water and liquids to keep him hydrated.
If fever continued for more days, consult your doctor and get examined.
