Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If there is no any other symptoms, this probably suggests a viral illness, and we need not worry much. You can give her Paracetamol suspension 3-4 times daily for 3 days. If fever is not coming down by then or if she develops additional symptoms, kindly take her to your doctor for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
