Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Child

should i take my 10 year old to the doctor/hozzy,got sent home with a ferver 6 hours ago,gave her 1 paracetamol and she slept for 2 hours, fever is still there ,gave her 1 paracetmol at 7 , starting to feel sick and yawning/burping. no rash i can see, no sore throat or body aches .temp is between 103/104

You may give your child ibuprofen syrup, as it is stronger than paracetamol in controlling the temp and it is safe.
