my daughter is suffering Adenotonsillitis and doctor has diagnosed yesterday however, fever is not coming down. Is this normal behavior of this symptom? kindly suggest.He has prescribed following Sy.Fepanil 250 (6.5 ml 3 times a day ) for 3 days Sy.Brufen junior (7.5ml 3 times a day) after food for 3 days, alternate with medicine number 1 above every 4 hour Sy. emeset (7.5 ml 3 times a day for vomiting for 2 days Susp.Refzilo 250 5 ml 2 times a day for 8 days Salt water gargles in lukewarm water

After looking into your narrative I will say continue antibiotics as suggested by your doctor. In case of infection in a child it takes it own time to subside usually 5-7 days. So you need not to worry about fever. In addition to medicine you can do cold sponging to reduce the temperature of your baby.
