Suggest Treatment For Fever Of A 7 Month Old

Sir,
My 6 month girl child is suffering from fever since last one month, her treatment is going on but she is not ok completely, her normal body temp remains 97.5 F to 98.6 F, but in morning between 4 am to 5 am her temp increases 99.4 to 99.7 F daily, is it typhoid...please help me sir..

you should seek medical attention as after 1 month it is important to find out the cause of your daughters ongoing fever. in the meantime Tylenol and Advil can help. tepid baths / washes can also bring tech child temperature down.
