Suggest Treatment For Fever, Runny Nose And Dry Cough

i am suffering from running nose dry cough and fiver from last 3 days. after my windows period i did hiv conform test ans it was negative and she advised me to do a general check after 6 month once again and i am having wight patch from before still now and it dos not irritate me or spread i am confused

Hi welcome to health care magic...

According to history it could be viral flu or allergic inflammation....

Take phenylnephrine like decongestant drug along with paracetamol.... It will help in relieving inflammation....

Daily three times a day steam inhalation done ....eucalyptus oil can be added in water when inhalation done

Salt water gargles done....

Drink more water....

Take vitamin c cheweable tablet. .

If no improvement in few days take cefexime antibiotic for five days...

For HIV detection fourth generation ELISA or western blot are good test.....
