Hello. I just read through your question. I am sorry your son is not well. 2 things to consider: strep infection, even without sore throat, can produce fever with stomach ache and headache. Also, a stomach virus can produce these symptoms. However, in the absence of vomiting or diarrhea, it is less likely. If the symptoms persist, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
