my child she is 4-years-old from past two days she has high fever with temperature of sometimes 103 degrees and sometimes less. she has three episodes of vomiting. she is not taking food. but drinks lots of fluids. she has consistent cough. today she vomited green to light brown then coffee colored .

Dear friend as a pediatrician I would like to examine the patient clinically... Wanna do USG abdomen, blood test, urine and stool test... Kindly get the patient admitted to local pediatrician and do all needed investigations...
