Suggest Treatment For Fissure In Ano

Hi, Iam 25 years old undergone a surgery of fissure in ano in last december 2009. It wasnt healed, now i had completely stopeed any kind of spicy foods and meats. Although iam taking adequate medicines i could not able to overcome it. I do not smoke often but rarely like once in a day. Should i need to stop smoking completely to heal the wound.

Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor that reduces nutritional blood flow to the skin, resulting in tissue ischemia and impaired healing of injured tissue.
Some yes I suggest you to stop smoking until the wound is completely healed.
