Suggest Treatment For Fissure That Pains And Itches
My Mother age 47+ is suffering from fiser since last week. there is a mass outside of her rectum and also suffering from pain in it. it is also etching. But blood is not c coming with her stool. Only there is a problem of pain, itchiness at the time of toilet. So what you prescribe?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fissure condition then it has to be managed with surgical treatment till then conservative line of treatment can be try and first is to relieve the constipation and for that Isabgol powder can be tried, drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, and in medicine Procresuline ointment can be used but again surgery is the best option for fissure hope this information helps.
