Suggest Treatment For Fissure
hello doctors, i am a 20 year old german au pair here in america.since three days i have problems with my after.i was searching for answers or reasons in the internet, so i saw that i maybe have a fissure.i have no unguent and no medicaments.i just put nivea creme on it because there is fat in it.can you may give me some ideas which unguent i can buy and use?may you should know that it is the first time i have these problems but i am drinkung a lot of water everyday so that i dont get more problems.thanks for your help

For fissure with severe symptoms, surgery is the best option. You can take tablet Brufen. Apply lignocaine gel or cream locally.
Treatment mainly depends upon underlying conditions. Kindly follow with detailed history or consult with surgeon.
