Suggest Treatment For Flaking And Bumps In Chin?
For the past month or so I've had severe flaking in my beard area. Specificly on my chin it will peel daily. I've had my beard for well over a year and this problem has only been for the past month. I've tried various conditioners, exfoliants and even shaved my beard and grew it back. I've never seen positive results. Also I have painful pus producing bumps that pop up daily
