Suggest Treatment For Flank Pain Despite Taking Macrobid

I was having right flank pain and did UTI check at home which was positive. Went to doc and he thought pain was muscle pain but since test was positive he put me on zmacrobid. I have taken it for 5 and 1/2 days. Pain now seem more in front but still on right side. Starting occasional chill and no appetite. Do you think ok to skip dose tonight and call doc in morning?
