Noted you have gas with sometimes
diarrhea.
You are mostly here having
indigestion problem or simple
functional bowel disease.
Try to improve dietary habits first.
Take more fruits.
Green leafy vegetables taken more.
Drink more water.
Junk food and fatty food taken very less.
You can take
digestive enzyme tablet or glutamin capsule.
Excess spicy food avoided.
Smoking and alcohol not done if have habit.
Cooked oatmeal sooth the stomach.So can be taken.
Gas forming food like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli etc not taken...
If you still have no benefit then further work up done with USG and
endoscopy examination if needed according to physical examination.
