Hello, These are all floaters. They are degenerative bodies floating in vitreous. There is no treatment for them except to keep watch. If increased, they can indicate impending retinal detachment may require by rays to be sealed. Fundus examination is required to watch for tear hole or peripheral detachment. Consult retina specialist for examination and advise on treatment presently you have to bear with floaters and except them as part of your life and be antiquated with them.
