Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Blood Pressure Levels
I have been having low and high blood pressure for years now. I had an ASD repair 13 years ago and wonder if it s normal to have low and high blood pressure occasionally due to having the repair? Or is it a sign that the repair needs to be repaired and I need to have surgery again?
HI Well come to HCM As I always advise to all the patients in this forum that clinical symptoms is more important than the reading of blood pressure, first thing, ideally the blood pressure need to be measured by physician only, second even in normal subjects this fluctuate greatly, third if you are going to read this on and often then this would make you more conscious and panic, once the ASD is repaired then its over the defect can be not happens again, you need to forget the ASD, hope this helps.
