Hello, You can split the medicines and take them twice a day,so that the action of medicines is uniform throughout the day.Oberve proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day. In case the sugar levels are not controlled with this,then other anti diabetics can be added like VOGLIBOSE .3 mg 2-3 times a day. You must consult a diabetologist for proper TreTment and management. There is no reason why your blood sugar levels can't be controlled. Thanks
