General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You can split the medicines and take them twice a day,so that the action of medicines is uniform throughout the day.Oberve proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
In case the sugar levels are not controlled with this, then other anti diabetics can be added like VOGLIBOSE .3 mg 2-3 times a day.
You must consult a diabetologist for proper TreTment and management.
There is no reason why your blood sugar levels can't be controlled.
Thanks
