Suggest Treatment For Fluid Discharge And Bump On Ear Piercing
It started out as clear white liquid coming out of my ears where they are pierced. The fluid would crust over. I would picked at them. Well a few days later I woke up with a few red bumps behind my ears and below the ear lobe. Woke up today with the same bumps on my checks and chin????????! Please help the bumps don t hurt and so far haven t itched.???
The piercing area had become infected. I would suggest you following things: > keep that area clean. > Don't touch it with dirty hands. > Clean area with spirit thrice a day. > Then apply polyfax plus ointment over it. > Wash hands before and after touching. > Take acetaminophen for pain (if occurs) > take cetirizine (if itching occurs)
If condition does not improve then systemic antibiotic therapy would be required.
Report to hospital if: > Condition remain same after 2-3 days > Any unusual symptom appears > Condition deteriorates.
