Suggest Treatment For Fluid Discharge From The Ear Piercing

My ear piercings both are leaking some sort of clear liquid...not sure if it's the material of my earrings causing it? How can I prevent this liquid form coming out? Also, the liquid seems to dry up every once in a while, but when I try to remove the flakes, it begins to release liquid again.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Fluid discharge from ear piercing can be most probably due to infection in the piercing site and can be probably due to wearing earrings that are not made of inert materials like gold..

Such materials decompose when exposed to air and water and the decomposition products can irritate the skin..

So first thing is to start wearing earrings made of inert materials like gold.
You can also use an antiseptic solution to clean the piercing site..
Keep it clean and dry..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
