Suggest Treatment For Fluid Discharge From The Ear

After swimming & having water literally shoved up my nose (I am a avid swimmer) at a waterpark -I have had fluid leaking in my right ear for a month and a half. I have been to 2 Drs. and have taken 2 rounds of steroids, antibiotics, pain meds & cortisone drops in ear & no change. I hve tried Mucinex ,Sudafed hair dryer & nothing helps to dry it out. I hear my heartbeat throbbing in my ear. I have crusty fluid come out esp. in the morning. Should I wait it out a bit longer or what would you recommend next?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Thanks for your query......have you ever been to an ent doctor....I suggest you to visit an ent specialist as their might be a perforation in your drum.....if that is tere then my first advise to you would be to stop swimming and to have a proper treatment which will make your ear dry and then it can be repaired... I hope this gives you the answer...
