Suggest Treatment For Fluid Retention In Legs After Heartattack
I am suffering from fluid retention following a heart attack in my lower legs. I try to keep my feet up and take lasiks 40MG. I discovered a water blister this a.m. on my shin area. It turned out to be full of water. Should I worry or what is the best way keep this from happening again? JMKj

I read your query and understand your concern
Unfortunately periferic edema can happen after heart attack
You are taking the right treatment but it need some time to became effective
You should be checked by a near doctor if the dosage of diuretics needs to be encreased (lasix)
You should be sure to take spironolacton too (be sure about the need or not for anticoagulatin )
I thinks will be stable again soon
You need to be calm and use the current treatment
Avoid standing up for a long time
