Suggest Treatment For Flushing Ear And Nasal Irritation

I have chronic sinus infections waiting for an ENT appointment but in the meantime ear flushing, nasal irrigation and OTC meds aren t working Sinus pressure behind eyes not draining out of nose and I get pressure headaches that affect my vision what can I do?

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms,you are suffering from inflammation in the Sinuses,Ear due to inflammation in the nose.

You may find relief by taking following medicines:
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Oral Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and Nasal Decongestant like Oxymetazoline(if not suffering from Hypertension),
Mucolytic like Ambroxol.

Avoid cold,spicy ,oily food.Do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid dust.
