Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Some advices that I can give to you are: Avoid food for the first few hours as your stomach settles down. • Drink water, broth, or an electrolyte solution, which will replace the minerals that you lose with vomiting and diarrhea. • Eat when you feel ready, but start with small amounts of bland, nonfatty foods such as toast, rice, and crackers. • Get plenty of rest.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help.
Regards, Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi General & Family Physician
