Suggest Treatment For Foot Injury
Hello,
I work at a horse barn. One of the horses there stepped on my foot. I did not think it stepped on it that hard but a spot on my foot is bruised. It kinda hurts to walk on and it hurts to touch it. This happened yesterday and I cant wiggle my toes on that foot as well as I can on fingers. What should I do? Any information would be great.

In my opinion you should do a simple x ray to be safe , although it seems like nothing ,also use anti inflammatory like alphinturn untill then
