Suggest Treatment For Fracture In The Leg

Good evening doctor , God bless you and make you all you wish and grant you all your heart desire .. I had a gunshot to my leg which really injured me , and the bones in my about 2 inch of bone broke out from my tibia , I had an operation where pins were put into my leg . and later another which I had a bone graft.. since my last operation which was the fourth i have feel itching inside my leg both the injured part and around it, it feels like something is eating me up inside the injury and wen it starts i feel irritation all over my body, it also feels like the biting is coming from my veins and blood scream down to the injured part of my injury because it stars itching n making me uncomfortable i observed that anything I feel.. feel my emotion affects my injury, like wen i get to excited or sad or feels love or wen am tensed it reacts on my injury, it starts itching me seriously all over the injury part ,even where the big pins ( there are pins all over my leg) was pierced on my foot i feel so uncomfortable because of the itching and if feels like something is eating me inside the feeling is so badI`m scared its not infected or something cause I was recently taken to the operation room again because they found an infection and they had to remove the bone graft that was first done and put in something like a cement to clean up the infection , then I had a bone graft again ... though I have been restless since the trauma I had through the gun shot injury to my leg , I wish there`s a way I could come over there and be looked after by a professional Orthopedic surgeon .. I can afford it but do not know how to go about it .. the doctor here doesnt ask anything nor talk to me at all..

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Considering your case you are having compound tibia fracture which was treated with external fixator with bone grafting in stages. And there was infection at bone graft site for which surgery was done and cement was put. Itching over the leg might be due to improper cleaning and due to irritation by pins. We have to assess the present status of fracture and union. I would advise Xray of involved leg anteroposterior and lateral views to assess union status. If Xray shows bones uniting then it's good news for you and pins can be removed after complete union. Visit expert orthopaedic surgeon with report. All the best.
