Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of freckles, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't worry as freckles don't lead to skin cancer.
2. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
3. Only curative treatment is laser ablation of the freckles done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
