Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hello, i am a male and in may i let another male perform anal sex with me. ever since then my bowel movments have changed i went from 2 days after that day i had diarea and it went away i thought it was sumthing that i had eaten because i had sum weird chips with a whole bunch of different things on it. but i feel as though i go more often and not alot comes out. sorry that sounds gross.
Eating the chips with different things on it might have caused the intestinal infection thus giving you the problem of diarrhea, going often but not much coming out.
This is called tenesmus and usually indicative of colitis. This may not be related to anal intercourse you had.
Hence, I would advise you the following in such a situation: -Send the stool and blood tests -Consult your Doctor -Have per-rectal examination and ano-proctoscopy
A course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole and probiotics should help you. Take homemade foods only. Use boiled and cooled water only.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T Chandrakant
