Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Back Pain Due To UTI

I think, I m pretty sure I m developing a UTI with symptoms of frequent urinating with back pain. I ve had them before. It is 10:00pm with no doctors available at this time and tomorrow morning I have to take a 3 hour car ride. Other than drinking plenty of cranberry juice and water is there anything else I can take for this?

Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. In the current scenario, you can take a urinary antispasmodic like Flavoxate to relieve the pain, alkaline citrate to neutralize and adequate water and rest. As soon as possible, please inform your health care provider for further assistance. It is better to avoid travel at this stage. Hope this helps.
