Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Blood Clots In Urine

Hi doc! my brother has undergone medications using herbal medicines.. he had enlarged prostate gland and took catheter for months. His catheter was removed because he is able to urinate now. But frequently. He urinates every after 20-30mins.. with pain and blood clots. Can you tell me what are we going to do now???

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has blood clots in urine after catheter. It is very common that there is bleeding in urine after catheterization. Because of some injuries in urinary tract. So don't worry about that. It will subside within few days.

Please send me his ultrasound report of prostate. Prostate size and volume is very important to know. Drugs like prazocin or tamsulocin are useful in benign hyperplasia of prostate. it is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
