Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Pain After Urination
I am an 18 year old and feel like I frequently need to urinate, but when I go to the bathroom very little urine comes out and it is painful toward the end of urinating. My urine is clear (I drink plenty of water) but my urine has little mucus looking clumps.

There is urinary infection underlying, which can show up with clear urine and mucus clumps.
Immediately get a urine microscopy report done in the lab and consult with the report for further management guidelines.
Primary relief with cranberry sachets and avoidance of sex if active.
