Hello
Thanks for query .You are facing problem of frequency for urination .You have been diagnosed to have enlarged prostate with significant residual urine(232 ml) in bladder .
Your problem of frequency is due to two factors
1) Diabetes type ll
2) Enlarged prostate with significanr residual urine

This can not treated without medicine .

You need to consult qualified Diabetologist for proper monitoring and control of diabetes either with oral anti diabetic drugs or insulin depending upon the sugar levels .

In view of significant post void residue you need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and need to take alpha blockers like Tomsulosin .

Your problem can not be resolved only with exercise and needs proper medical management .
