i have some urination problem that is many times very frequently. on checking prostat problem is there and the scan report shows 232 ml residual urine. Can this be treated without any medicine that is, possible with some exercise ? I am 53 years having diabetic type II
Hello Thanks for query .You are facing problem of frequency for urination .You have been diagnosed to have enlarged prostate with significant residual urine(232 ml) in bladder . Your problem of frequency is due to two factors 1) Diabetes type ll 2) Enlarged prostate with significanr residual urine
This can not treated without medicine .
You need to consult qualified Diabetologist for proper monitoring and control of diabetes either with oral anti diabetic drugs or insulin depending upon the sugar levels .
In view of significant post void residue you need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and need to take alpha blockers like Tomsulosin .
Your problem can not be resolved only with exercise and needs proper medical management . Dr.Patil.
