Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination Without Complete Voiding Of The Bladder Apart From A Sharp Sweet Sensation That Gets Painful

Hi. I had unprotected sex one day before and two weeks before I had been having UTI but it was treated though not to its satisfaction but as from today I have had frequent urination without emptying the bladder and with sharp sweetness on the G spot and it has been too much that it s now painful

Hello,

You are having infection in the urinary tract / bladder. Commonly UTI occurs due to E.coli. Get a repeat urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. If reports come positive, you will be treated with a repeat course of antibiotics. Unable to completely void urine is due to nerve issues or blockages due to urinary stones or stricture. Cystocele, diabetes, UTI, MS, are medical conditions that may cause urinary retention.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist. Get USG bladder, cystoscopy, urodynamic testing, etc., done at the earliest so that the pathology can be detected, and treatment started at the earliest. Take adequate amount of water and fluids. You can take Spasmol (spasmoproxy), one after food to get rid of pain and discomfort.
