Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Take plenty of water to avoid getting dehydrated.
2. Get your urine examination to rule out any urine infection. Watch out for presence of leukocytes.
3. If leukocytes are present, culture and sensitivity is necessary. Occasionally increased frequency of urine is present in episodes, not to worry. Take plenty of water to avoid getting dehydrated. Avoid alcohol or caffeine or soda based products. Take your regular diet.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
