Suggest Treatment For Frontal Headache And Fever

Hi, my 14 yr old son has been suffering from a frontal headache for about 18 hrs, and headache medicine not helping. He threw up last night, and has a mild fever. I m guessing it s heat related, but not as serious as a heatstroke. Should we take him to ER?
