General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a fungus like thing on the scrotum when you scrape it with a razor blade on sweating, it can come out as dark.
I would advise you the following:
Send such discharge for tests of fungus, gram staining, culture and sensitivity.
Consult a Dermatologist for proper clinical evaluation and get proper diagnosis and treatment.
Check for your blood sugar.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Avoid exposure to the hot and humid temperature.
I find this answer helpful
