Regarding Your height :
Scientifically normal human bone stop growing in the age between 18- 23.
it will attain skeletal maturity. All u
cartilage part will become bone. so there is will not be any further growth.
As your daughter is already 20 yrs. there is no much height gain will happen.
and genetically you and your wife falls in the same height category, no point in increasing height.
Regarding weight:
Her
Body mass index says she is under weight.
Hemoglobin level indicate anemia.-(causes
tiredness)
follow the below advise to gain weight and increase your hb.
Take foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake.
take wheat,jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee.
take diary product like milk,yogurt,cheese,butter etc.
to increase iron
Add fig,dates,spinach green leafy vegetables,ragi,
folic acid containing fruits and vegetables.. if you eat non vegetarian take meat (lamb) twice in a week.
This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight.
