Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your girl is suffering from mumps. It is caused by a virus. As such no any specific treatment is required. It will settle by its own in 2 weeks. Give her proper hydration and give paracetamol for fever. If there is worsening of general condition then consult your pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you very good health.
