Dear continue pantaprazole 40mg before breakfast for 1week, along with that avoid spicy food and alcohol. Tab. Simethicone 80 mg twice a day. You need to consult gastroentrologist for upper gi endoscopy to know the cause. Depending upon the condition he /she will treat you.
