Suggest Treatment For Gastric Problem With Headache And Fatigue
Hello Dr.,
This is regarding a gastric (as assumed by us looking at the symtoms) problem faced by my husband for last 1 month.He is suffering fro Headache in morning as soon as he wakes up,heaviness in abdomen,and laziness.He is not able to digest a little heavy food and not able to digest a single extra bite of food.He has taken pantof 40 for 15 days as suggested by a Dr friend who is staying in a far away city.
Age:29 years
Please help.

* As per my clinical experience, there can be various reasons for a headache with fatigue as
-intestine infection
-indigestion
-digestive enzyme deficiency
-underlying pyrexia or inflammation
- others
* Though primary relief with PPI and antipyretic as paracetamol can be obtained, but the definite decision-making plan requires hospital management care.
